All prices include shipping & packaging. Local pickup in Capitol Hill, Seattle is discounted.

How it works

Submit a request
Through the commission form, Etsy, or email — whatever is easiest.

Send photo references
Email clear, well-lit photos of your pet(s). Multiple photos welcome.

Payment
Upfront payment is collected securely through Stripe.

Aidan paints
Your portrait is hand-painted with care. Current turnaround is ~1–2 weeks.

Preview & approve
You get an email preview before it ships. Minor adjustments are included.

Carefully packed and sent with tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Can you combine multiple pets from different photos?
Yes! As long as each photo is clear and well-lit, separate images can be combined into one painting.
I don’t have many good photos — is that okay?
Send what you have. I can assess whether they’ll work or suggest what would help.
Can I request changes after it’s done?
Small adjustments are included. Major changes may require an additional fee.
What’s the refund policy?
Because each piece is custom, refunds aren’t available once work begins. If there’s an issue, reach out directly and we’ll talk it through.
Do these make good gifts?
Absolutely — they’re a popular choice for birthdays, holidays, and memorials. Rush orders are available for an additional fee if you’re on a deadline.
How long does it take?
Average turnaround is currently 1–2 weeks, though it can vary. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush order.
